Why Sahira Intelligence exists
I’m Jess, founder and architect of Sahira Intelligence.
I spent 14+ years in operations & franchising — training franchise owners and their staff on the systems, payor lines, and brand standards they needed to run their businesses well. My job was to take complicated information and turn it into something an owner could use on a Tuesday morning. That’s where I learned what real training looks like: it meets people where they are.
When AI arrived, I jumped in head-first. The small businesses I’d spent my career helping needed this — and they needed someone who could teach it the way they actually learn. That’s why Sahira Intelligence exists.
